In 1994, she relocated to Santa Fe to live off a dirt road north of the Plaza after living on Capitol Hill in Washington DC for twenty-five years. Emily understands lifestyle change and risk. Taking another risk, she shifted her advertising company from marketing global companies to the practice of real estate and successfully brokering residential, investment and resort properties in Santa Fe and northern New Mexico. Like many of her customers and clients, she follows her dreams. She knows the challenges of making dreams a reality and often coaches her clients how to best navigate the challenges to stay focused on their goals.

Emily’s post-graduate education in economics at American University in Washington D.C. gives you leverage as she is current on both the real estate market and the national economy.
